Visit us at the INTERMAT exhibition for mobile construction equipment

Hercules® will participate several mobile equipment exhibitions during 2009. From April 20^th till April 25^th, Hercules will exhibit on the international Intermat exhibition in Paris , France . Intermat is one of the 3 most important exhibitions for mobile equipment in the world.

During this exhibition, Hercules Europe will launch the new European kit catalog.

This kit catalog is based on the European market requirements and is made in 4 languages: Dutch, French, German and English.

The catalog lists approximately 8,000 different hydraulic seal kits.

INNIGHT deliveries.

A repair seal or seal kit is always urgent. A machine that does not work due to leakage, costs a lot of money. Therefore it is very important that the deliveries of spare parts are fast and reliable.

To make sure that the maintenance personnel can start their repair works first thing in the morning without having to wait for the repair seals, Hercules uses an INNIGHT delivery system throughout the Benelux, Northern part of France and the western part of Germany . All items that are ordered before 16:30h can be supplied in a drop box with a guaranteed delivery between 4AM and 7AM the next morning. If an INNIGHT reception is not possible for the customer, we can use an OVERNIGHT delivery with a guaranteed delivery between 8AM and 9AM. Less urgent deliveries can we delivered with a NEXT DAY service

The 2009 Seal catalogue is now available!

This catalog is based on the European market requirements and is made in 4 languages: Dutch, French, German and English. The catalog lists approximately 14,000 different hydraulic seals divided into 72 different profiles.

If you do not find your seal in the catalog, please contact us. We stock more seals than what is listed in the catalog. And if we do not have that particular seal in stock, we will search the market or manufacture the seal ourselves.

All of our seal inch profiles (divided into 121 different profiles) are listed in our American catalog. An English version of this catalog can be downloaded from our website.

Snijders Engineering becomes Hercules Europe

To show our European ambitions, we will start operating from January 2009 under our European trade name Hercules® Europe, a daughter company of the Hercules® Fluid Power Group. A new name to show that from now on, customers can expect even better service. Our entire Hercules® Europe team is ready to fulfill those expectations!

Hercules® Europe starts distributing seal kits for mobile & earth moving equipment

Whenever mobile equipment has an unexpected leakage, too much time is lost trying to identify, measure, order and replace the seals. Time that is very valuable as the contractor needs to finish the job within a certain time.

To solve this problem, Hercules® started 20 years ago to measure and document all popular seal kits from hydraulic cylinders in mobile equipment and industrial applications. This has resulted in an enormous database of seal kits per machine brand and model.

Hercules® has listed all these seal kits in a catalog that is updated every year with new brands and models. The installer can easily identify the needed seal kit based on the brand, model, application or cylinder number. No more errors or communication problems. In most cases, the kit will already be delivered in the repair shop before the broken cylinder arrives!

Hercules® is finalizing a first kit catalog. We expect the catalog to be ready in March next year. In the mean time, we’ve decided to stock 500 of the most popular seal kits. With these kits we can cover most of the applications for the most popular brands in the Benelux market. We are very open to discuss stocking other kits for specific customer needs.

In June 2008, Hercules Fluid Power Group acquired a Dutch company
" Snijders Engineering BV ”. Snijders Engineering is based in Southern Netherlands near the Belgian and German borders.

Snijders is a strong growing distributor of hydraulic seals and hoses for Hydraulic mobile equipment, marine and industrial applications. The growth of Snijders was built upon quick deliveries from a very large stock and from good technical knowledge about hydraulic applications.

Snijders will be the base for the European Hercules headquarters and central European warehouse.

Hercules Europe has intentions on becoming the leading European independent distributor of aftermarket hydraulic seals.
