Seal kits for mobile earth moving equipment and industrial cylinders

Whenever mobile equipment has an unexpected leakage, too much time is lost trying to identify, measure, order and replace the seals. Time that is very valuable as the contractor needs to finish the job within a certain time.

To solve this problem, Hercules^® started analyzing, measuring and documenting 20 years ago all popular seal kits from hydraulic cylinders in mobile equipment and industrial applications. This resulted in an enormous database of 15000 seal kits per machine brand and model. Our assortment contains kits for known brands like Caterpillar, Hitachi , Volvo, J.I. Case, John Deere, Komatsu, JCB, Liebherr, Bobcat, Kobelco, Takeuchi, Toyota and many others. Our industrial seal kits contain Atlas, Parker, Contarini, Hydro-Line, Miller, Ortman, Parker Royal, Sheffer en Tompkins-Johnson.

Hercules^® has listed all these seal kits in a catalog that is updated every year with new brands and models. The installer can easily identify the needed seal kit based on the brand, model, application or cylinder number. No more errors or communication problems. In most cases, the kit will already be delivered in the repair shop before the broken cylinder arrives!

Hercules^® has launched its first European first kit catalog, adapted to the European equipment population. This catalog lists the 8.000 most popular seal kits. These kits cover most of the applications for the most popular brands in the Benelux market. Most of these kits are stocked in our European warehouse in The Netherlands.
